Arnell Construction Corporation commissioned us to redesign an existing two storey industrial building for light industrial use, and the construction of two additional office floors.

A new entrance lobby is served by a new elevator and a new exterior stair. One of the two existing stairs is extended to serve the four floors. The new floors are set back from the street facades providing terraces with views of the Manhattan skyline. 

The design, utilizing exposed concrete, steel and glass on both exterior and interior will project, by material selection and detailing, the construction activities of Arnell.
