The U-shaped school addition plan provides a welcoming entrance court and front yard to the students

This design/build project involved the construction a U-shaped brick five story building comprising 23 classrooms ranging from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade, specialized education classrooms, a gymnasium, a cafeteria, library, storage and custodial facilities and administration.

Construction is steel frame with pile foundations, the exterior is brick veneer trimmed with precast stone, with concrete block unit back-up. To reduce the carbon foot print of this fully air-conditioned building, the school has been designed to meet the stringent requirements of the Green School Guide.

Design start to substantial completion was conducted within 28.5 months.
