The fourth floor assembly space at P.S. 188, has been completely transformed into an exciting, and fully functional auditorium.

The wood strip floors, auditorium seating and window and stage curtains were replaced. New stage lighting and sound systems were installed at the newly constructed stage. A projector and projection screen were added to enable audio visual presentations.

Within this 1903 school, the auditorium upgrade combines the historic context with current technology to provide a unique educational space.
